happy mommy's day! =)

my bridal shower went successfully yesterday - i am very lucky to have such a wonderful mommy-in-law and auntie-in-law (if that is a word) because they were super nice and very creative/artsy ... the entire house looked very girly and pretty .. awww *patpat* for more pictures from yesterday, you can view them here

ok, so student accounts called middle of last week and told me that the sponsors hasnt paid my tuition bill since last spring .. and that if they dont pay up in 30 days, the school will come after me for 25k! i freaked out like no other, thinking up the worst case scenarios, and fretting for approximately 48hours, when i finally got a hold of the person in charge, who then supplied me with the wire information to double check the transaction .... silly accounts people cant read nor communicate.. apparently the money was banked in but made known to the wrong person (plus the name on the transfer wasnt mine but someone elses)

cant believe they made me worry for nothing! as if i had nothing else to worry about right now. i only have a wedding, a graduation, and a new job to contend with, not to mention the house purchasing stress....

in any case, life is great again, and hopefully stays that way. this tuesday, my poor kitties will be neutered =(
