omg - my BODY!
i went for my very first hip hop dance class last night, had a blast -- but this morning when i woke up, i felt paralyzed! the instructor definitely worked us out! it was good though! ihave six more classes, then i get to choose another dance method. totally worth the money and time.
cant wait for next week.
