there comes a time in your life when you wake up one day and realize how much time has passed from the moment you 'thought' you were old to the moment you 'know' you are old.... *sigh*
take me for instance. so okay, 27 isnt that big a deal, but the things that i am doing now signifies some old-ness, in that in the next couple of week, i will be hosting a bunch of different 'tupperware' like parties at home. so no, i am not selling tupperwares at other houses, i just happen to go parties hosted by my neighbors and then got suckered in to hosting my own shows - various different kinds of things, like jewelries, pampered by chef type things, possibly candle shows, and of course, the trustworthy and kinky sex toys party... i suppose that one isnt all that bad....
well i guess it's something to do on the weekends, rather than bumming around like we usually do around the house....
halloween this year is going to rock! the neighborhood kids are going to be coming around and we have decorated the house in such a good halloween spirit fashion, not to mention the bowls of candies and chocolates that we are planning to give out when the kids are out trick'o-treatin'... wish i had grown up here, it must've been fun to dress up in costumes and going around, ringing on strangers' doorbells.... =)
speaking of kids tho - paul&arlene had their son, christopher douglas, some time in the beginning of september. the baby boy was delivered C-section and paul sat through the entire procedure, and if not mistaken, witnessed the cauterizing and cutting, the whole shebang, without as much a blink of an eye. havent seen the kid yet, but from initial looks, he seems very asianey looking, which is quite surprising.
a couple at work also got pregnant - twins nonetheless! theyve been trying for a while though - must be quite a shocker still to find that instead of only one, you are granted with two mouths to feed! i feel as if there were some other people who got pregnant recently but i could be mistaken.
not yet man, i am revelling in my money still....
