for some reason i am hacking up some very nastified phlegm, and i am confused since i am not sick or anything like that... i hope this doesnt affect my capabilities of handling the upcoming monday =( im going to see my doctor and dentist on tuesday, so hopefully nothing bad or weird happens between now and then.

we celebrated our first year anniversary last sunday! it was kinda chaotic. the restaurant reservations were wrong, we spent all day watching lost (my favorite pastime, sitting in front of the tv), and of course, the whole lovey dovey things that one does on one's anniversary. no more is the honeymoon year... although i must say - this marriage is very easy so far....

i got promoted at work! did super well for myself, even broke a few records that i set for myself. the goal was to get promoted by the first year - but i broke that because i was promoted before my first year anniversary at work! and - i got a pretty hefty promotion salary wise too - 17% increase baby!! i was thinking about moving on, but with this promotion and possible opportunities up and coming, i think i can definitely stick around and play in the allstate-pen =) it's been an awesome place to work so far, i am definitely liking it.

my cousin, the one that used to be my best friend, when we were growing up way back when (like, amillion years ago it feels like) found me online!!! the amazing things you can do with a computer and basic connection to the world wide web.... i didnt even know she had a baby - and definitely DIDNT KNOW that she is now in sweden! i need to get that green card asap now.. coz i want to visit them in sweden. tick off yet another place to visit on my super long list of places to visit before i die.....
